» Do Site loading time affect rankings?

My website was under 5 for most of the targeted keywords, but now its on second page. I'm following all ethical SEO methods to regain my rankings. One major issue that we are working upon is the loading speed of site. Its is above 10seconds. Can it be one of the factors influencing our rankings?
