Icon10 Alienware anyone?

I was just googling around and reading about laptops. And I found this Alienware which is actually Dell's subsidiary company. I didn't knew about this make before.

I found this M17x model of alienware laptop, which is said to be the most powerful laptop in the universe LOL. Do check out this thing.

Its extremely pricey, you can even choose to get dual GPU's with it with SLI or Crossfire setup, and customise it to your heart. Its a total monster it seems. Read more about it at alienware.com.

Just wondering if there is any Alienware owner on board.

yeah its a total monster PC. Quite heavy too which defeats the purpose of a laptop. Some people call it as a replacement of desktop. Many people have reported hardware issues with it too.

If I had enough budget I would have bought this rather than Dell Studio. But its almost 3-4 times the cost of it. So if you're extremely rich, go for it.

FYI, there is also a 15 inch version of this masterpiece called M15x. It does not have dual GPU's though, I think.

TBH, for a techie kind of person, ANY PC in this world is old after 3-4 years or max 5 years. Unless you're crazy about computers and can totally afford it, its worth it. I am yet to see a PC which can match M17x's configuration and looks.
