Which model is it?

Not sure about laptops, but PC's motherboards have PCI-Ex 16x slots these days, I suppose laptops have it too. I would suggest you to contact your vendor and look for compatible graphic cards.

nVidia graphic cards would be your best bet. If you have a good hardware, you can go for a more powerful one if gaming is your interest. They are expensive though

I really admire this, I mean it really looks interesting! I'm actually glad to see all this stuff, to see that this world offers creativity and ideas other than what my lonesome small town provides. This world is quite the big place and to encounter a story such as this one just puts me out of my ordinary.

It is true you cannot change the graphics card in your laptop, I think its almost impossible I am using laptop for almost 5 years from now and I don't think u can touch any of the hardware inside your laptop, once your laptop is outdated its just time for u to get a new one that's all you can do. I don't know from where u got this idea though...

do this...
thanks.....

It's important to note that while you can upgrade your laptop graphics card later, your system has to be able to handle the new card. A high-end card can over tax a low-end system. It's best to decide this before you buy. It's also worth noting that while it is possible to upgrade a laptop graphics card it is very difficult to do so and not something that should be tried by anyone who is inexperienced.

I can also warn you that no laptop will be as good for games as a desktop, especially no a sub $1,000 laptop. If you want to play games you will get more for your money buying a desktop PC.

There are many graphic card are available but all are not suitable for your configuration so if you want to buy something better then you should to search more from internet. As per my opinion NVIDIA GeForce 8600M is much better for gaming. The performance is slightly above the other and therefore it can represent current games fluently with reduced details / resolutions.
