 I need help with web designs
I would love to set up a website but I need help. I am a fimiliar with html, but just a little. I cam use photoshop pretty well for graphics, etc. but I need help with actual page design and then how to load it and link it, so amy help would be greatly appriciated!

Not sure what you mean by "actual page design"  well.. you said you are famililar with basic HTML. If yes then you're ready to build you very first simple webpage. Get command over HTML/CSS to be a pro. For database driven pages, you'll need to learn some server side scripting language like PHP for frontend and MySQL for backend.
