If I let them, video games can (and have in the past) take over my life. I basically had to give up most games or I just got nothing else done  I still play games that I know are short but thats about it

umm.. not really! Years back, I got really addicted to games like Roadrash, Virtua Tennis and Fighting Force, but not anymore.
