Put the ad code in your Ad Location Templates/ad_navbar_below

sorry dude, I actually do not like when somebody gives me a screenshot of THIS site and ask about how it is done or simply asking for copy/paste code.

I think its time for you to learn

so look in source of the page and make out. No, there is no *special mod* for that. Its quite simple.

sorry for the screen shot next time it wont happened i put the add in the navbar location but the box is not come

To get the box, just surround your ad code with the table like this:-
