You need to enable them per forum in Forum Manager.

Use Selected Prefix Sets

The only thing required to have prefixes to show while creating a thread are: proper permissions and if they are enabled in the specific forum.

As said before, proper permissions (in 3.8) and enabling per forum shows them up.

If this doesn't work, try in your default style. If still doesn't work, try disabling all your plugins.

s i tried default vbulletin style and also tried disable my plugins still same problem...........
