Thanks for going to all that trouble!, i really do want animated flags i think its something a little special and as you know running a bb is all about being to able to make their stay pleasant, i was looking at the mod that has the iso alpha code, if i have animated flags with names i can just replace that list for the list of names can't i?

Well this set has very limited flags.

Whats the problem you are facing in showing them up ? Simply follow the "Read Me" you got with it, it should not be hard. Also try the other two methods/mods I linked to.

Lol, i haven't uploaded them yet as i can't get access to my server from here, the set i uploaded are a bit larger although there's only 87 of them, i will try using the names of the flags as the optional list shown in the mod and see how that goes tomorrow...i will post back and let you know how it went!

Well, i uploaded my World Flags folder and followed the instructions for adding the list and postbit mod but all i get is an x follwed by the flag name? any ideas? here's what i added:

It seems that when coding you have to get the case correct as its case sensitive, in the code i used .gif and the flags were .GIF thats why they wouldn't show!. I've used the 87 flags that i uploaded (i can always add more at a later date) as i think they are quite smart, anyway problem solved, thanks for your help webwizzy i'm sure i'll be back!

ah nice to know you solved your problem ! And yes, in Linux server, file/folder names are case sensitive.
