I think many people would prefer support via community support forums and not via phone (like me and many more). I think their would be hardly anyone who'd call Virginia and talk to them over phone, infact everybody prefers a common discussion place.

Don't they have any pre-sales forum or something like that ?

On there community forums, It has a forum that says Pre-Sales Questions but it redirects to contacts page (Stated Above). All of there customer forums are disabled to members unless you have bought a license. Theres email thow.

You can talk to them via email if you dont want to phone them, Once you have a licence you can use the ips resources forums to contact both ips and other licence holders to answer your questions. I think having the phone option is a nice touch, a lot of people like knowing that if they need to they can pick up the phone and talk to a real person about it.

Well i live right below the Virgina line in North Carolina so it isnt hard for me to call. Me and one of there phone techs are related. I get free support without waiting. He even is helping me with technical issues opf Roarin FOrums right now.
