I'm not sure they could use unless they've issued payouts to these publishers already. Then its a problem of if you knew they were using clickbots, why did they pay them? |

I agree they sue the frauds. Google never accepts those kind of things. It is in their policies,and when you accept those policies you agree that you wont fraud. But when they find frauds against their policies they sue them and will not put back the account.
