I had been working on one site since more than a month ago, and my pr has increased by 2. Now how do I aspect my positioning to behave? Will it burst up in higher positions, or won't abnormal changes in my position?

Another overated thing, PR

PR is built up through backlinks and has nothing to do with site's SEO or content I guess.

To gain position in SE's, you need Good content with good SEO. Google indexes content, not PR, the spiders feed on content, not PR lol.

Congratulations on getting a pagerank of 2 within a month, that is impressive. Depending on your target market and what geographic market, the pr of a 2 will move you up from where you were ranked. For example, if you are targeting the keyword plumbing, and it is a medium sized city, I have a feeling that you will rank at the very top, if it is a city like Chicago, well you probably will be around the 2nd page for your keyword plumbing. No matter what, moving from a 0 pr to a 2 pr, you will see a jump in the search rankings in Google. Now I agree with webwizzy, you want to have good content, it must be really accurate with your titles, metatags, and content to rank well. PR is also not as weighed upon as it used to be like webwizzy states, but it is one factor that distinguishes your website compared to that of your competitor. I hope I helped. thanks.
