No, if you talk about Yahoo! Search engine then it doesn't stand anywhere anymore if compared to Google, IMO. I do not remember when I last used Yahoo search. But talk about my sites SEO and and SERP's, then yes, I do take it into consideration. I also use Yahoo Webmaster Tools.
